MY TOP 4
On a personal level I don’t go in for too many products but I would recommend everyone to drink adequate water, get sufficient rest and go in for general hydration to keep the skin glowing. I believe that an individual must adopt and stick to particular brands and products which suit them since each one is different and what suits one may not work for the other. I apply rose water to clean my face and also use baby oil on my face and body to keep it fresh and clean. I love spa massages and therapies, but running around with two kids leaves no time for me to indulge in such luxuries.
Women post-pregnancy should not feel pressurized to reduce weight because it works backwards and doesn’t help with weight loss. They should just adopt simple techniques like cutting down their sweet tooth indulgences and opting for daily walks which would not only ensure weight loss but would also help them remain physically fit. I have a sweet tooth. I don’t want to give up on sweets totally, but I would like to cut down my intake to some extent. By and large I believe in a healthy lifestyle and probably that’s the reason why I end up endorsing health-related products.
I really admire Audrey Hepburn for her chic style and fashion.
You will only find black and white in my wardrobe and maybe a couple of blues and greys as well. I like both Indian and International brands and cannot choose between the two. Although, I do love wearing traditional Indian outfits. I must say, the current crop of young new Indian designers are very talented and are doing a fabulous job. I really admire Audrey Hepburn for her chic style and fashion.
The Perfect Look.
At the beginning of my career I faced many beauty faux pas but I think over the years, I have developed my own way of styling. Each one gets to know sooner or later what works best for their skin or body. I don’t like to put any make-up unless I am shooting. Only when I go for functions or weddings, I apply a little make-up, or when I take my kids out for dinner or to a movie theatre. My go-to hairstyle is very simple; a ponytail.
