Milind was waiting for the summer vacations eagerly. This method uses the hair on the back of the head that is genetically programmed to grow well past adulthood. This hair is transplanted to the front of the head, using approximately 2,000 – 2,500 follicles at one time. The follicles are placed 1.5 - 2 mm apart in an interdigitating break pattern; with the direction determined by the patient's hairstyle. Since the procedure is performed under local anesthesia, the patient can choose to stay overnight at the hospital or go home after the procedure. Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication is advised for five days post-surgery. Within three to four months, hair growth is manifested in the follicles. Temporary Hair Camouflage
