His fitness mantra, disciplined workout regime and strict diet have a lot to do with his persona.   A fitness fiend, Roshan follows international trends and never misses a day with his trainer and mentor Kris Gethin.
Exercise Fundamentals
He allocates four days a week for exercise, splitting his workouts into two sessions a day. An average day starts with a 30-minute cardio session followed by a different workout for different days of the week. For instance, on Mondays, he focuses on his chest, calves and back including Dumbbell Bench Presses, Inclined Dumbbell Flyes and Calf Raise routines. Tuesdays see him focusing on leg workouts; Leg Presses, Seated Leg Tucks and Squats. Thursdays are reserved for shoulders, calves and ab workouts. Meanwhile Fridays are reserved for arm exercises including Straight Arm Dumbbell Pullovers, Cable Rope Tricep Extensions and Concentrated Curls.
The Man and His Food
Let the average Joe take heart. Like you Roshan too loves ice cream and chocolate. However, thanks to his trainer and nutritionist Marika Johansson, Roshan eats 100 gm of meat, healthy carbs (pasta or brown rice), spinach, broccoli and sprouts every day. But every two to three weeks, he changes things up to eat meatballs, pancakes, fish, egg whites, yogurt and toast together with supplements like glutamine, multivitamins and protein powders.
