The dewy-no makeup look took off the runway this spring and he gets his shimmery dose sans a highlighter, can you believe it! He pulls out Clarin’s Beauty Flash Balm to eliminate signs of fatigue in a flash. The ultimate pick-me-up for tired skin, might we add, he rubs it over his cheek bones and on the tip of the nose for a fresh-glow. Elton says, “Eye brows shape the face, and almost everyone ignores that.”He uses Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade for his perfectly precise brows and creates his oh-so-striking arches with MAC’s Big Brow Pencil. “Mascara is non-negotiable” and just like that another pearl of wisdom is dropped - Boom. Depending on how groovy he’s feeling it’s either Givenchy’s Phenomen’Eyes Mascara or Maybelline New York’s Lash Sensational Mascara to work up the drama.

To apply he says, “Dip the spooly into the capsule, dab the little that’s on the applicator with your bare fingertips and spread it evenly on the lips. It’s not too heavy then”.
