- Choose to fully prepay by using online payment methods such as credit/ debit card, wallet or netbanking, or pay up partially online, and pay the balance directly to the service provider at the time of availing the service.
- Receive your Unique Appointment Code and the Phone Number of the service provider via a confirmation SMS & Email Call the service provider to fix your appointment at your convenience within 30 days from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION & REFUND:
- Rescheduling of a booked appointment is allowed only till 6 working hours prior to the booking.
- An Appointment can be rescheduled at most 3 times, post which no rescheduling will be done with the unique Appointment code.
- Cancellation of a booked appointment is allowed only till 24 hours prior to the booking. Full refund will be made in this case.
- In the case that a cancellation is made within the 24 hours prior to the booking, no rescheduling will be permitted with the unique customer appointment code. Moreover, no money will be refunded for the booking.
- In the case of a home appointment, if the beauty personnel fails to show up, unless due to force majeure, full refund will be made to the customer. In the case of force majeure, we will reschedule your appointment as per your convenience
