How to use product
Dispense a nickel-sized amount of the product into the palm of the hand. Utilizing fingertips, gently apply to clean, damp skin in an upward and outward circular motion, avoiding the eye area. (For treatment of targeted body areas such as hands, elbows, back, and décolleté, apply in like fashion.) Continue treatment for approximately 30 seconds, but no more than two minutes, to achieve desired effect.

Think of it as a very powerful scrub that helps improve your skin texture. Apparently it is to be used not more than thrice a week. But I'd say spare your skin the agony and do not exceed the usage by any more than once a week. With regular use it has helped with my icepick scars, not in a way a peel would help but I certainly see improvement. Also, post usage SPF.
