    You can place your order in a few simple steps –

    Step 1: Click the “buy” button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag

    Step 2: Click on your shopping bag in the top right corner of the page and click on the “place order” button

    Step 3: You can then use any coupon codes or Reward Points to receive a discount on your order

    Step 4: Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details

    Step 5: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number and we will send you an email confirming your order

  2. Can I buy multiple products in single order?
    Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy onto your shopping bag and then click the “place order” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping and CoD charges!
  3. Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing address?
    Yes, Definitely! You can do this by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship it to as the ‘shipping address’.
  4. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Additionally, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.
  5. Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?
    Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
  6. Do I have to have an account to place an order at Nykaa?
    No, you do not as you can place an order by just providing your email address, however it is highly recommended that you do create a Nykaa account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

  • How to Pay for Your Order

    1. How do I pay for a Nykaa purchase?
      Nykaa offers you several payment options on your purchases. These include:

      1. Debit and Credit Cards

      2. Net banking (with over 30 banks)

      3. Cash on Delivery

      4. Reward Points

    2. How safe is it to use your debit/credit card or make an online payment on Nykaa?
      We use the 3D Secure payment gateway for card payments and the PayU payment gateway for netbanking. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at Nykaa are processed in an extremely secure environment.
    3. What is the 3D Secure Password?
      The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on Nykaa.

      Note: 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.
    4. What does the PayU Payment Gateway do?
      The PayU payment gateway is one of the largest consumer payment processors in the world. It is a state-of the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on Nykaa by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is VeriSign Secured and validated by Payment Card Industry compliant Control Code.
    5. What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
      If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep.

      Note: You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cash or demand drafts. Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, CoD is not yet available for all pin codes.
    6. How do I avail of the CoD facility?
      When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.
    7. Is CoD available for delivery to all locations in India?
      Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, CoD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our zip code finder to check if the CoD facility is available for your delivery address.
    8. Would I get charged for availing of the CoD option?
      The CoD facility is free for all orders above Rs.1000. For any orders below Rs.1000, there is a flat Rs.50 charge for this service.

      Note: The CoD facility is only available for all orders over Rs.500.
    9. How can I use Reward Points to pay for my order?
      When you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. At this page, you will be shown how many Reward Points you have and their valuation. You can use some or all of them to pay for your order. If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

    10. How can I use a discount/coupon code on my order?
      When you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. At this page, you can enter the discount code and the respective discount will be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

      Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order.
    11. What are the terms and conditions for using discount/coupon codes?
      Nykaa Coupon Code Terms and Conditions:

      1. If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your cart when a coupon code is in effect, the discount will not apply.

      2. Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer.

      3. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion ongoing on Nykaa.com at the time of redeeming.

      4. Applicable shipping and handling charges are applicable to all orders.

      5. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.

      6.   • Shipping and Delivery Policies

    1. How does the delivery process work?
      All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.
    2. What is the range of locations to which Nykaa ships their products?
      Yes, Nykaa ships throughout India!

    3. My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the respective courier company’s website.

    4. What is the estimated delivery time?
      We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). Though, we keep 90% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. These products might delay your order. We are pleased to say, 95% of Nykaa orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order.
      If you are joining us for the Great Nykaa Diwali Sale from October 14-16th, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date
    5. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
      Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge on the first package you receive.
    6. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
      We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A flat Rs.50 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.
    7. How are items packaged?
      We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
    8. Does Nykaa ship outside India?
      Unfortunately, Nykaa does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!
    9. Does Nykaa have any physical stores?
      Yes, Nykaa has opened its first store in Delhi’s T-3 Terminal in August 2014.

  • My Account & My Orders

    1. How can I make a Nykaa account?
      Just click on the “Sign Up” button on the top right hand corner of the page and fill in your name, email address and password. You can even sign up using your Facebook account. Yes, it is that simple!
    2. How can I save my address on Nykaa?
      When you sign up for your Nykaa account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number onto your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes! This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order. To manage these addresses visit to the My Account page and click the “Address Book” tab.
    3. What if I have forgotten my account password?
      When signing in you can click on the forgotten password link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to reset password.
    4. How do I check the current status of my order?
      You can review the status of your orders and other related information by visiting the “My Orders” tab in your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order.
    5. What does the different order status mean?
      Pending: Your order has been logged into our system but the payment has not gone through yet.

      Processing: Your order is being processed by us and will be dispatched shortly.

      Order Shipped: Your order has been dispatched by us and is with the courier company on its way to your address.

      Order Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

      Partially Shipped: Part(s) of your order have been dispatched; the next part(s) will be following shortly.

    6. Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?
      Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply click on the product. Once you are on the product page, you will immediately see an option to notify you when the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Nykaa account and are signed in at the time.
  • Returns, Replacements and Refunds

    1. How do I return an item purchased on Nykaa?
      In the case that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about particular item(s) in your order, you could either request for a replacement or a refund. This process can be done via a few simple steps:

      Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@nykaa.com) or phone (+91 9222 20 1010) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

      Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order.

      Step 3: You will then be required to ship the products to our warehouse within 10 days of the receipt of the products. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

      Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
    2. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
      Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund:

      Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@nykaa.com) or phone (+91 9222 20 1010) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

      Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.

      Step 3: In this case, we will be responsible to pick up this item from you. In case of a wrong product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

      Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
    3. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
      Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
    4. Can I return part of my order?
      Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for each individual item.
    5. How will I get refunded for the returned/refunded orders and how long will this process take?
      In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will issue you a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 10 days of us receiving the products back.
  • Cancellations

    1. Cancellation before shipment:
      If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone (+91 9222 20 1010) or email (support@nykaa.com). In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you.
    2. Cancellation post shipment:
      If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money.
    3. How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
      In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within a week. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will issue you a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 10 days of us receiving the products back.
    4. What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
      Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

    1. What is the Nykaa Rewards Program?
      The Nykaa Rewards Program aims to build a community among Nykaa shoppers by rewarding you for your loyalty, engagement and cooperation on our site in our attempt to make online shopping as exciting and communal an activity as visiting a mall.
    2. What is the value of Reward Points? And how do I receive them?
      Every 100 Reward Points are equivalent to Rs.1. There are a number of simple ways to earn Reward Points:

      1. Signing up for an account! On creating your Nykaa account, 2000 Reward Points will be added automatically to your account!

      2. Shopping! Every 1 rupee you spend on Nykaa, you will receive 1 reward point

      3. Writing Reviews! Once your review is approved by our team, 100 Reward Points will be added to your account. The process of approval will typically take anywhere from 1-2 business days.

      4. Asking and Answering Questions! Every time your question or answer to another user’s question is approved, 100 Reward Points will be added to your account. (See our Ask and Answer Program section for more information)

      5. Referring Friends! Once you refer a friend, you will earn 5000 Reward Points once they register and complete their first purchase on Nykaa.com. (See our Refer A Friend section for more information)

    3. How can I redeem my points?
      Once you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes.     4. How do I know how many Reward Points I have?
      You can view your Reward Points on your “My Account” page under the “Reward Points” section.
    5. Who can become a member of the Nykaa Rewards program?
      Anybody! The minute you create an account on Nykaa.com, you are automatically signed up for the Nykaa Rewards Program.
    6. Can my Reward Points expire?
      Yes! The expiry date of your reward points will be one year from the addition of your latest reward points.
    7. Can my friends or family use my Reward Points?
      The Reward Points you accumulate can only be used through your account. They are not transferrable to your spouse, children or friends.
    8. Can I exchange my Reward Points for cash?
      No, your Reward Points can only be redeemed toward store credit on Nykaa.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.
    9. How long will it take for my Reward Points to be credited to my account?
      Creating an account: As soon as you create your Nykaa account, the Reward Points will be added to your account.

      Writing Reviews, Asking and Answering Questions: As soon as our team approves your review/question/answer, your Reward Points will be added to your account. Please give the team at least 1-2 business days to approve all questions/reviews/answers so that we can guarantee comprehensive and pertinent content on the website.

      Orders: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of an online payment and seven working days after the parcel is delivered to you in case of cash on delivery. In case you return some item(s), Reward Points earned from this item(s) will be deducted from the total earned.

      Referring a Friend: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of your friend’s online payment and seven working days after the parcel is delivered to your friend in case of cash on delivery. In case they cancel their order, Reward Points earned from this order will be deducted from your account.
    10. I have made a transaction and the required Reward Points have still not been credited to my account, what do I do now?
      In the rare instance when a transaction has not been credited to your account, please send a mail to support@nykaa.com along with a copy of the order confirmation. Your account will be credited with the appropriate points within 2 working days of checking your order history.
    11. How can I cancel a redemption request?
      You can reverse a request for redemption of Reward Points by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone (+91 9222 20 1010) or email (support@nykaa.com) within 48 hours of placing the order.

    1. What is the Nykaa.com Refer A Friend program?
      Shopping at Nykaa is fun – and twice as fun when your friends shop too! With our ‘Refer A Friend’ program, you can invite friends to join the Nykaa community and start earning Reward Points as they shop. Once you refer a friend, you earn 5000 Reward Points for every friend who registers and completes their first order at Nykaa.com. Your friends win too – they get an additional 3000 Reward Points for their first purchase.
    2. How can I refer my friends to become Nykaa members?
      You can refer a friend in three quick steps:

      1) Sign into your account

      Once you hit ‘Send Invite’, an email invite will be sent to your friends!

    3. How long will it take for my Reward Points to be credited to my account?
      Once your friend signs up and makes their first successful purchase at Nykaa.com you will be rewarded with 5000 points. However these points will only be credited into your account upon completion of your friends order. Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of your friend’s online payment and within seven working days after the parcel is delivered to your friend in case of CoD.

    1. What measures does Nykaa take to ensure the quality of Nykaa products?
      We at Nykaa are fully dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction. Rest assured that Nykaa products are 100% genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We only buy our inventory from authorized distributors of the brand.
    2. What measures does Nykaa take to ensure the products are not damaged during delivery?
      We at Nykaa maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Furthermore, less than 1% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer.
