Himalayan Rhododendron is beneficial for increasing immunity against coughs, colds and asthmatic attacks as well as for maintaining levels of blood cholesterol.
Rhododendron is selectively handpicked from the clean mountains of Himalayan State of Uttarakhand. The flowers are plucked, cleaned (pistil removed) and the petals are sundried for three to four days.
Preparation instruction: Bring water to boil, use one teaspoon per cup and let it steep for 5 minutes or longer. Cover the pot or cup with lid to preserve the oils of the infusion. Strain and serve with plain honey.
