It fits on the broadest part of the waist so be sure to measure that, I ordered a wrong size which wasn't exchangeable so be careful, otherwise it's a great product.

While it is not for heavy flow, it can be used in pre and post period to avoid stains. Definitely life saver.

It does what it says and is quite absorbent. I have medium flow and I changed twice on the heaviest flow. Very sanitary, does not smell bad or feel icky.
