It doesn't give a dewy finish, rather just like a normal mist, although it sets the makeup nicely. It smells like a perfume, not a great one. Yet, just as fine . The packaging and look, OMG, just so blingy and appealing.

No golden shine in the liquid, only lining of the bottle is golden. Only the bottle is lined with the golden shine, liquid has no golden shine at all.
