I bought my second bottle after accidentally spilling my first. I couldn't wait to resume using it since it gave me good results so far. I'm disappointed to give it 3 stars because, even though I know the product gives results...I should be able to open the bottle to use it!!! The inner cap was so tight this time and while trying to open it, the edges even came off making it even harder to open. I cannot feel my fingers even as I am typing this. Please try to opt a better cap system or include instructions/needed tools to open this.
