No idea why this conditioner is rated so low, because the results are just incredible! I have multiple times bleached & coloured hair which leaves it unimaginably dry.. have tried multiple conditioners from several expensive & international brands, but post wash my hair used to clump into one massive knot due to being dry & frizzy. I’d break tons of hair while brushing the knot post every wash. I found Aveda in my pile of leftover conditioners & decided to finish it so started using again this month (last used in 2022) and my hair detangles effortlessly while rinsing off itself! No more knots and hair breakage!! If price point is a concern, please don’t buy this one. But if hair health is priority, please consider Aveda Nutri Plenish! I’m definitely repurchasing.

Best thing is that you don't have to fear about roots or if it is washed away properly. Use once a week as treatment and you get smooth hair.
