Need to be used regularly for better results
Helps with stiffness and pain.
Its a wonderful oil to massage ur body- aching legs, back etc. It seems quite effective too if done regularly. Apply heat after the massage & later rest/sleep.
My mom doesn’t feel any difference in leg and hands pain.
Needs regualar applications to see result . Not an instant result . But if one wants chemical free product this is a good choice
