This lip balm has very soft/ aqua texture. It is more like a serum cum balm. I just ordered my second tube. It is easy to apply. It really cleared my lip pigmentation and made my lips very soft. I have been using it alongside Be body wise. pigmentation repair lip balm with SPF, which is more like petroleum jelly. First, I apply this tube lip balm which acts as hydrant and moisturizer, and then I trap hydration by applying the jelly-based lip balm from Be body wise. I am attaching the pics, so that u guys can see the difference. Just one problem, you have to be consistent with it. Always apply it whenever you find your lips getting dry. At least apply every 3 hours in daytime. If you are also applying petroleum jelly above it then it will last much longer, perhaps 6 hours in single application.

If you have dry lips, it makes your dry lips even more chapped and dry, gives no hydration or moisturisation benefits
