Whenever I try kicking off a conversation about switching to greener or cleaner alternatives (outside of work) in the realm of beauty I tend to induce polarizing reactions amongst people. People who are genuinely inclined towards undertaking the green beauty endeavor and then the lot who firmly believe in the principle of it all -in theory, but claim it is not practically feasible. Now, I accept that an out-and-out transition to clean beauty products is a far fetched idea, especially in 2022. But that in no way, shape or form should deter us from chasing this ultimate goal with passion and dedication. I say this after trading a few staples from my makeup cabinet for conscious alternatives.
