One of my late night guilty pleasures is to voraciously read about my favourite supermodel’s beauty secrets. I like to keep track of all those little hacks and tricks that can really change the way we look at beauty; plus, the amazing product recommendations that come with it. So, when I got my hands on Gigi Hadid’s Vogue Interview this year, I was quite excited. For one, I like her approach to beauty which is really minimalistic but equally impactful; second her penchant towards drugstore beauty products that are not only affordable but also easily available.
If you are in search of that ever-elusive je ne sais quoi quality Gigi Hadid is known for, I have rounded up the best tips from her interview, plus a bunch of products that she uses on a daily basis. PS: You might already have some of these products in your beauty kitty!

Back in high school, she would exfoliate with the St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub (that she has also been using up until pretty recently). Whenever she is working or using a lot of makeup or coming from a shoot, she uses the Cetaphil cleanser. A quick hack for spots: she puts toothpaste on her zits at night which dries it out.
Since her skin is dry all year round, Hadid depends on thicker products for a more intense hydration. She combines Ceramidin Cream from Dr. Jart+ with an Odacité concentrate that’s uber nourishing. Lip moisturizer is another essential for the star along with her skincare. At the start of her makeup routine, Hadid layers Lanolips's Strawberry 101 Ointment on her mouth and dryer patches throughout her face. This way, her lips are well hydrated pre lipstick application.
Hadid uses the Maybelline TattooStudio Tattoo Brow 36Hr Pigment Brow Pencil followed by a brow wax to define them and keep them in place.
Hadid uses the Maybelline Nudes of New York Eyeshadow Palette to create a nude natural look. Post curling her lashes, she coats her lashes with mascara to open up her peepers.
She starts by blotting off the excess lip ointment and then lines her lips with the Patrick Ta Monochrome Moment Precision Lip Crayon, followed by a creamy lipstick and finishing with a plumping lip gloss.
