We also see puckered, lightly stained lips achieved with the help of a fair amount of lip balm (maybe petroleum jelly?) for that iconic 2000s glossy lip trend. As for the cheeks, we saw shimmery powder highlighters being replaced with balm-based highlighters for glistening cheekbones. Step 1:
Cleanse your face and prep with a hydrating primer.
Step 2:
Use a clear gloss or Vaseline jelly and apply as a liquid eyeshadow. Take a silver or bronze shimmer that complements your skin tone and use a brush to apply it at the inner corners of your eyes and shape the lower part of your brow. Don’t forget to add mascara.
Step 3:
Use the same gloss or balm on your lips too. Dab on a little extra product to make your lips look extra plump. Add a hint of tint if you fancy a subtle pop of colour

Use an eyeshadow of your choice, and build on it depending on how bold you’d want it to look. Lock all your effort with a setting spray to keep the eyeshadow intact. Use a deep colour that either matches or adds some contrast to your eyes. Use a glossy lip colour or you could add a gloss over a matte lipstick
