To recreate the ‘cold girl’ makeup look, start with a light base. CC cream, lightweight foundation or even a concealer, take your pick and get started. To keep it looking natural, use just enough concealer to cover any spots or blemishes. Top that up with a translucent setting powder to set your base and give it a matte finish. Next up is the blush! While a little blush goes a long way in giving you a nice flushed look, this trend requires you to go all out.
