‘Feed Your Body, Fuel Your Brain’, is a mantra we’d like to highlight this week. Chanted by leading dieticians and health experts, it’s important to understand that our brain has its own set of dietary requirements for peak functionality. While most of us strive to be the best version of ourselves, nourishing the health of your brain is a good start. From super recipes curated by the world’s leading brain coach (oh hey, Jim Kwik) to berries marching up the leaderboard, we’ve curated a list of versatile brain smoothies that can prevent memory loss, strengthen the brain, and provide cognitive longevity.
