So instead of using one product each for brightening, exfoliating, hydrating, toning (and the list goes on), this effective routine is all about multi purposing your products. You use minimum products to achieve maximum results.
The Skip-Care Trend aka Skin Diet is all about going back to basics. Keep it minimal by paring down your products to only a handful of overachieving essentials. Overloading your skin with multiple products and ingredients is actually a recipe for disaster.
