Cleanse off the sweat
Sweat mixes with makeup, especially if your skin is still warm. It tends to absorb powder makeup that causes skin to appear blotchy. So wash your face with cold water to reduce redness and minimize pores or swipe skin with facial cleansing wipes. Opt for those infused with Aloe, Chamomile or Lavender, ingredients that calm post-workout redness.
Balance the blotchiness
Apply moisturizers that have redness control or use a makeup primer that targets redness. Follow this with a tinted moisturizer to even out your skin tone.
