Time To Get Your Fruit Facts In Check - 1
Fruits are the most important foods for human beings. Here’s how you can make the most of them
The best time to have fruits is in the morning (upto 12 noon)
This is the time when your body needs the maximum energy for cleansing, purifying and your day’s metabolic activities. They get digested and absorbed by our bodies faster than any cooked food, cereals etc. Fructose in fruits can be broken down and assimilated by our body easily to produce energy for all metabolic activities. (Human body’s genetic blueprint determines that it can digest and assimilate alkaline foods the best, so it can take in nutrition from fruits with minimal effort)
Always eat fruits on an empty stomach (with a gap of at least 2-3 hours after a meal)
If you eat fruits before or soon after your cooked meal, you are likely to throw up, burrp, pass gas, experience acidity etc. This happens because the enzymes required to digest fruits are very different from the enzymes required to break down your cooked meal. Putrefaction happens (the entire mass of food begins to spoil), leading to bloating.
There’s no fruit that can cause you any harm ever
Don’t eat banana/mango if you have diabetes, or don’t eat papaya during pregnancy are myths. The human body is designed by nature to eat and absorb fruits (Just like Cow eats grass, Lion eats meat). Not only do we benefit from their enzymes, juices and antioxidants, fruits provide all the known and unknown nutrients. In fact, they can be eaten as a complete meal to maintain health in its highest form. They also cleanse our blood and provide for energy.
Fruits are the ideal food for humans cooked by sun
We will only destroy its nutrients by cooking, seasoning, addition or subtraction, preservation etc... So, if you feel thirsty, drink the juice of a real fruit without straining anything out or keeping it out for too long. Don’t turn to one of those packaged fruit juices which only call themselves real.
All fruits make our body alkaline
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body. So, don’t give them up if you have acidity, give up your cooked meal instead. Maintaining alkalinity in our bodies is a key to maintaining good health.
To experience this for yourself, it is a good idea to go for an all-fruit diet for a couple of days and detoxify your body! (Hog as much as you want. You can never overeat fruits)
