As skincare aficionados and lovers of all things beauty, there’s just a lot of products we come across on a daily basis. PS- not all of them are great, or even worth their hefty price tags. Something we’ve all learned along the way is the fact that great beauty does not necessarily have to come at a great price. Drugstore beauty has come a long way, and some products have truly blown us away. And believe me, it takes a lot to impress us, considering we test products every week back here at the Nykaa office. So, if you’re someone who’s always on the hunt for high-performing makeup and skincare formulas that won’t break the bank, it’s safe to say we’ve got your back.

Ahead, top beauty recommendations straight from the Nykaa Army.

Pick Of The Week: The Face Shop Water Fit Lip Tint - Pink Mate

Reasons To Love: “Lately, I’ve been obsessed with lip tints and if I have to pick one it’s got to be shade Pink Mate by The Face Shop. It gives my lips the most natural, berry-hued tint, and is super long lasting. On days I don’t feel like doing a full face of makeup, a quick swipe of this tint on my lips and a few dabs on my cheek is all I need to look and feel my best. Unlike most of its contemporaries, this special lippie doesn’t dry my lips either (which is important). So, it’s safe to say that this product has earned a permanent spot on my beauty shelf. And look at that price tag, it’s a steal deal.”

Pick Of The Week: Innisfree Skin Clinic Sheet Mask - Hyaluronic Acid

Reasons To Love: “Honestly, I'm not big on sheet masks. I don't think they're miracle workers and the results (if any) don't really last. But this sheet mask is the only one I'd ever spend on. Aside from providing extreme levels of hydration, I've also noticed an instant improvement in my complexion, which lasts all week. I love it so much, I even save the surplus serum in a little jar in the fridge and use it the following days!”

Pick Of The Week: Minimalist Multi-vitamin SPF 50 PA ++++ Sunscreen

Reasons To Love: “There’s nothing better than a lightweight moisturiser-meets-sunscreen that fits into your purse. I’ve always loved products by Minimalist and this sunscreen in particular became a true winner amongst many. The best part about this broad spectrum sunscreen is how easily it melts into my skin and nourishes it instantly. It is fragrance and paraben free, so I keep reapplying it even when I’m at work.”

Pick Of The Week: NIVEA Lip Balm, Blackberry Shine, 24h Moisture with Natural Oils, Ruby Red Shine & Berry Aroma

Reasons To Love: “I always carry a good chapstick or lip balm with me everywhere, and this gem was an accidental find when I lost my regular one and needed to buy another alternative from the drugstore as a quick-fix. To my delight, it not only deeply hydrated my lips for hours, but also added a sheer berry hue to my lips, leaving them plump and dewy. Even when the shine wears off, the product still leaves behind a subtle, natural flush of pigment, which I personally love. Plus, the delicious berry aroma just makes me want to reapply it all the time!”

Pick Of The Week: Maybelline New York Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick - Nude Nuance

Reasons To Love: “I have been on the hunt for a pinkish nude shade that suits my undertone, and that is when I bought my first Nude Nuance (I now own 3). Exceptionally creamy, and lightweight, this lipstick truly lives up to its name and gives me a perfect pout. And the shade? *Chef's kiss*
