You can place your order in a few simple steps –

Step 3: You can then use Reward Points to receive further discount on your order
Step 4: Provide us with your email address, phone number and payment details
Step 5: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an Appointment Code and we will send you an email + SMS confirming your order
Step 6: Enjoy your Beauty Service by calling the salon number provided to you and fixing an appointment at your convenience!

This is because, payment for Services can be (a) fully prepaid by using online payment methods such as credit/ debit card, wallet or netbanking, or (b) partially paid, with 20% that needs to be paid online while the remaining can be paid in cash directly to the service provider.
In case you wish to enjoy COD on products, you can edit your cart by removing the Services you wish to buy, and then proceed to check out. You can then add the Services you wish to purchase to your cart and exercise any of the available payment options.

Yes you can, as you need to call the service provider yourself on the number provided in your confirmation email and SMS, in order to book an appointment at a time and place convenient to you.

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Appointment Code, along with a listing of the service(s) you have ordered, along with the contact details of the Service Provider. Additionally, you will receive an email and an SMS confirming your order, along with all of the aforementioned details.

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these Beauty Packages / Services will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the Service may no longer be available or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

No, you do not as you can place an order or book a service by just providing your email address, however it is highly recommended that you do create a Nykaa account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products and services, but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

Nykaa offers you several payment options on your purchases. These include: 1. Debit and Credit Cards 2. Net banking (with over 30 banks) 3. Cash on Delivery/ Pay on Visit 4. Reward Points.
Please note that Cash Payment option is available for Nykaa Beauty Services if the total value of the cart is Rs. 800 or more. For Beauty Services under Rs. 800, you would not be able to exercise the cash payment option and would need to pay 100% of the value of your service online by using Debit/ Credit Cards, or Net Banking.

The Partial Cash Payment/ Pay on Visit for Services allows you to pay for the service packages worth Rs. 800 or more, booked online, payable in cash at the time of availing these services, whether at home or at the property of the service provider. You will just need to pay 20% of the package cost online and in advance in order to receive your booking confirmation and your unique Appointment Code to avail of the service. You can pay the balance 80% to the service provider when you avail the service.

For packages priced below Rs. 800, Partial Cash Payment/ Pay on Visit for Services does not apply. You will need to pay online in order to receive a booking confirmation and your unique Appointment Code.

You can only make Cash Payment on Services in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cheques or demand drafts.

When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.
Please note, that this facility is available for Nykaa Beauty Services only if the cart value is equal to or exceeds Rs. 800.

Yes, the Partial Cash Payment/ Pay on Visit facility is available for all Service Providers on services that are for Rs. 800 or more.

Once you have booked an At-Home Salon service/ package, like for other orders, you will receive an Appointment Code and a Contact Number. You can then reach out to the Service Proivder on this Number and fix an appointment at a place and time of your convenience, as long as it is within the working hours of the Service Provider.

Due to the limitations of Service Providers, At-Home Salon Services are not yet available for all pin codes within your city. You are requested to check the locations where you can avail of these services, for the city you are in.

No, the Account you created for the also gives you access to browse and book Nykaa Beauty Services.

Yes, on booking a service or a beauty package, you will see a confirmation page with a Unique Appointment Code. You will also receive a Confirmation Email and SMS, along with the contact number for the Service Provider.

Your Appointment Code is valid for 30 days from your Date of Booking. This means that you can book an appointment with the Service Provider within the next 30 days from the date you booked it.

In the case of holiday special packages, validity period may differ. You are requested to read the terms and conditions per package carefully.

You would need to show your Appointment Code to the At-Home Personnel in the case of At-Home Salon Services, or at the Property of the Service Provider in order to avail the service / beauty package purchsed from the Nykaa website. Without showing the Appointment Code, you will not be able to proceed with availing of the services.

Certain service partners require you to carry print-outs of the Confirmation Email from Nykaa with your Appointment Code. You are requested to read the terms and conditions per package carefully.

No, for each service/ beauty package booked by you, a unique Appointment Code is generated, which can be used only against the respective service ONE TIME. Once you have used an Appointment Code, it is no longer valid.

No, once the validity of the Appointment Code is over, you cannot use this code to avail of services. Please note that you will receive no refund for an unused Appointment Code that has expired.

On booking a service or a beauty package, you will see a confirmation page with a Unique Appointment Code. You will also receive a Confirmation Email and SMS, along with the contact number for the Service Provider. You can contact the Service Provider on this number and book an appointment at your convenience. It's that simple!

You can reschedule or cancel an Appointment by calling the Servive Provider directly. Please note that you can reschedule or cancel latest by 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. No money will be refunded in case cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Refunds are only applicable for payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, in which case the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, within 10 days of you cancelling the order. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

No refunds will be made on payments made using the Pay on Visit facility. Such cases may be reviewed on an independent basis for any exceptions. The decision of Nykaa will be deemed final.

Once the Appointment Code validity is over and you have been unable to use the services, no refund will be made. An unused Appointment Code post its validity is considered used.

No, you would need to avail of all the Services within the package in a single appointment as your unique Appointment Code can only be used ONCE. You will not be able to split the bundle of services and use a few later as your Appointment Code will no longer be valid.

You can directly contact the Service Provider in case of dissatisfaction with the quality of services. Nykaa takes no responsibility to guarantee the quality of the services rendered by the service provider.

Yes, you will be eligible for a full refund in case the At-Home Beauty Service Personnel fails to show up for an Appointment, except in the case of force majeure, in which case we will request you to reschedule an Appointment with the Service Provider.

However, we cannot guarantee the final quality of service rendered by the Service Provider.
