It does brightens cheeks for medium skin tone, but I found it not satiny enough so deducting 1 star. Earlier I had used good rush which i really loved & thought that this one would be a similar colour. I might increase the rating after few more days of use. But it's indeed subtle & still brightens, without looking like makeup or fake. Please check the left cheek on my pic.
