Pressing the button to pour the powder in the bottle didn't work. I had to scrape all the powder using the pointed end of my cuticle pusher (see pic). After all things done, my 1st use - I was worried that it might sting, but it didn't. Actually it is very hydrating and soothing, but slightly greasy. So apply less - max 4 small drops. I applied it on my undereyes too and after some time I applied my Innisfree eye cream. I had no interactions. Using the Pigmentbio Cleanser with this routine gives a wow effect. I thought that the 15ml quantity is less, but the product is highly spreadable and the pinched tip dropper gives out a tiny drop. So there is no wastage or overdose of the product. The next morning, my skin looked naturally radiant from within. It is not a radiance that would disappear after wash or disuse of product. That's because I found some of my pigmentation disappear from within the skin. This is not an over-the-surface product. It seems to go deep to heal pigmentation. Also, another day, I tried some other brand's sample kit in the morning and it had caused me a breakout. When I applied this Pigmentbio Serum at night with its OverNight cream, the breakout disappeared by next morning.

It's is the BEST I would say.... literally it brightens my skin.... definitely will go for it again...bare minimum irritation only on first application...
