I am very happy with this product purchase. I was a bit worried while placing order as this is the first time i am using roll on wax. Biosoft products are always great in service and package gets delivered in good condition. I am writing this review after using it along with biosoft liposoluble wax catridge. The product I received is a bit different in design from picture displayed. But the change in design is due to this product is made in india. Wax will be heated in 20-30min. Very easy to apply and no mess will create. It will save a lot of parlour expenses. Self waxing is easy non messy.

Good product… used in AC room and melt wax around 30-40 minutes.. if you are not waxing in a AC room.. wax will be a sticky
