i jave used both thr Kama Nalpramadi Thailam and this one, and i could see no difference between them. This is a good product, and one of the easiest ways to apply haldi on the face. It does brighten and leave the skin soft, nut it is not a miracle cure. It is an Ayurvedic product and those always take a good amount of time to work, so as long ss it has not caused anbad reaction, if you use it, you should give it s few months of regular use before judging it. I am writing a review now when i have purchased my second bottle.
