There is a learning curve to this. First use is painful if you've shaved earlier but then it becomes less and less painful. I find it most convenient now.

I used philips epilator before. This is exponentially better than that. Unlike philips epilator, it actually pulls hair from the roots. Minimal pain, the massaging head really helps.
