As the name suggests it's a serum and has a serum like thin watery consistency. Coverage is next to none, it does not cling to pores and texture though and is very hydrating. The apricot glow shade will suit most fair to medium skin tones. It smells delicious like rose water and has a subtle brightening effect. There are small gold shimmer particles very subtle they don't stand but brighten. However do not expect coverage. Any. At all. The Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter has more coverage than this. Mac strobe cream is better too. I applied it plain on my skin it was mostly hydrating and lightly brightening nothing more. My trusty Garnier bb cream does so much more. Delivery was super quick.
