I like to consider myself a healthy individual. The majority of my diet is clean with a bit of crap added in here and there. I rarely get sick and have no health problems. However, no matter how clean I eat or how much sleep I get, come the early afternoon, I'm beat! Literally, after taking just one of these vitamins, my energy dramatically increased. Love these! I love that this is a multivitamin and a probiotic, plus the digestive enzymes. This has surely helped with digestion and I’ve given some to my mom as well to try when we have big carb meals (cheesy pasta or pizza) and even she was surprised at how these helped keep our tummies from bloating. I do recommend you take them with a meal.

These are life changing. I’ve been taking this brand since I stumbled upon them with my first pregnancy- so I took their prenatal ones and then switched to the women’s one a day. They are bigger pills but not impossible to swallow- probably the size of the fish oil capsules. I take theM at night so no nausea or bad taste. The good? I get so many compliments on how fast my hair grows- and I didn’t get the hair loss most women experience after having a baby. Also- it helps with mood and keeping you going to the bathroom regularly; because of the probiotics. I have recommended this brand to some of my friends and coworkers and now they swear by them too.
