The size of the capsule is huge...... The packaging is good..... I also used one capsule out of 60 to extract using a needle and see what's inside the capsule.... And it's original fish oil.... So it's impressive and the quantity of fish oil in the capsule is a lot... Around one whole spoon or a little more. One capsule a day is enough. I am expecting great results from the product.
