the brand and hence we can guarantee 100% authenticity of each product. You can also
refer to the image on each product display page, which guarantees authenticity from

The Cross Border Store has 100+ brands from 10+ geographies around the world. You
can
choose to shop for categories & brands ranging from the best of Korean makeup &
skincare
(like Amuse, Peripera, Isntree, AHC, Pony Effect) to cult favourites (like Suva
Beauty,
Nimya, Hindash) to luxury skincare (like Elemis, 111Skin, Dr. Barbara Strum) to
clean
beauty & haircare brands (like Rodial, Color Wow, Alima Pure). All our brands are
carefully chosen to offer the best-in-class experience to the Indian consumers.
How is the Cross Border Store
different
from other international retailers & resellers?
The Cross Border store is the most convenient alternative to other international
retailers since all our orders are inclusive of custom duties and taxes. You can
simply
order and submit your ID/Address proof and we take care of international shipping &
customs clearance on your behalf. You do not have to go through the hassle of
coordination once you order and we ensure doorstep delivery of your products.
It is also the most convenient alternative to other resellers’ platforms since we
guarantee authentic products directly sourced from the brand/distributors.
Can I select and buy products from the
Cross-Border Store & the Nykaa Beauty store in the same cart?
Yes. You can select and buy products across the entire Nykaa ecosystem together.
Payment
options in such cases will be limited to prepaid and a flat shipping fee of ₹500
will be
added at an order level.
Is ID/Address proof submission
mandatory for the Cross Border Store?
Yes, ID/Address proof is mandatory to get delivery of Cross Border Store orders.
Since
your order will come directly from the brand/distributor outside India, we need to
clear
the shipment from the customs department once it arrives in India. Again, this
coordination with customs will be done by our team and you will have a hassle-free
experience once you submit the documents.
Is ID/Address proof submission
required
for every order I place on the Cross Border Store?
No, submission of ID/Address proof is a one-time process for every customer. Once
you
have completed the verification process, we automatically fetch all your details for
future orders on your behalf for the custom clearance process.
How do I submit the ID/Address proof
for Cross Border Store Orders?
You will receive a link on your registered Email/SMS/Whatsapp from Aramex (our
logistics
partner) ONLY after your order has been shipped. You can use the same link to upload
your documents & complete the verification process.

What are the acceptable ID/Address
proof documents?
You can submit Aadhar Card/Passport/Voter ID card as ID/Address proof. Please note
that
the name & address on your ID/Address Proof needs to exactly match with name &
address
details that you have used while placing the order.
What if my shipping address is
different from the one on my ID/Address Proof?
You can additionally submit a document where the address exactly matches your
shipping
address. Please submit any 1 of the documents mentioned below :
- Notarized Rent Agreement
- Electricity Bill
- Bank Account Statement
- Employee ID
- Hostel Fee Receipt
- Hotel Booking Receipt
- LPG Connection Receipt
What documents should I submit if I
am ordering gifts for Relatives/Friends?
Your friends/relatives ID/address proof will be required for document verification
in
the customs clearance process.

Can I submit documents to Nykaa
instead of uploading on the link shared by Aramex?
Yes, you can submit your documents to Nykaa along with an authorization letter
stating
that you wish Nykaa to complete the process on your behalf. For more details
regarding

Is it mandatory to submit the
ID/Address proof documents on the link sent by Aramex?
Yes, you must submit the required documents within 24-48 hrs of receiving the link
shared by Aramex (our logistics partner).
NOTE: Failure to submit ID/Address proof will lead to seizing of the order at customs and the delivery will not be completed in such instances.

Are there any other documents
required apart from ID/Address proof to deliver the shipment?
In rare instances, you may need to submit additional documents to the customs team.
In
such scenarios our logistics/customer support team will get in touch with you
directly.
Can I cancel my order on the Cross
Border Store?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. You can do the same through the ‘My
Orders’ section just like on Nykaa.com.
Once the order has been shipped by the brand/distributor, it cannot be cancelled
since
the order information is already filed
with the Indian customs department.
Can I return the products from my
order once received?
Returns are not available for Cross Border Store products since the products are
directly delivered by the brand from an international location. However, In case if
you
have received a damaged/defective product, a refund will be initiated after due
verification by our team.

Are there any additional shipping
charges for Cross Border Store orders?
We charge a flat INR 500 shipping fee for all Cross Border store orders. This fee
enables us to adequately compensate our logistic partner to execute the fastest &
safest
doorstep delivery of your order from faraway international locations.
Can I pay using COD or EMI on the
Cross Border Store?
We currently do not have the COD/EMI payment options available for Cross Border
Store
orders. However, we are
working towards enabling the EMI option for your convenience.
Is the delivery time for Cross Border
orders different from normal orders?
All Cross Border Store orders are usually delivered within 12-14 days after you’ve
placed an order, provided the ID/ Address proof is
submitted and verified promptly. Some of our brands are also available on Express
Delivery (5-7 days), and we are continuously working to
add more brands to this model.
