It smells more like vanilla and sandalwood. It does what it says, so I think it's good as a mist, but I don't know about hair mist like I don't know if its formula is good for our hair or not. Otherwise, it stays long enough approx. for 12 hours. Update - i liked it's after fragrance, i use it in my lower ends of hair, it is fine, my hair smells fresh all day , vanilla is best fragrance of all , so ordered again for my sister, got free small warm vanilla bottle with it , so i am in love with this 💗
