The scent is a good blend of fruity and earthy notes. Twenty minutes into spraying, the patchouli locks in and stays till the very end. The initial few seconds after spraying is not that all that pleasing as the tarte smell from the gooseberry is dominant. This is overtaken by the delicate florals that last for about 15 minutes. Then slowly the patchouli takes over and conceals the floral and fruits notes. Sadly I smell no caramel/toffee whatsoever. Also, this perfume is gonna work only if you stay/visit a place with a cooler climate and as most perfumes, it will smell different (much better in this case) on clothes. I highly suggest you to use it only in the monsoon/winter mornings. It doesn’t have any crazy spillage/longevity. However, given then pandemic, it lasts on me for 5-6 hours will mild projection for the first two hours. Not a must buy at all but you can get it if and only if you want a beautiful looking bottle on your dresser.
