1. This House Of Tilbury Pop Up is brought to you by Nykaa. Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs” before entering the Gamezone. You agree that by entering into this Gamezone, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you agree and acknowledge that you satisfy all the Gamezone eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the Terms and Conditions  and Privacy Policy to which you agree by using the website or mobile application of www.nykaa.com (hereinafter referred to as “Nykaa.com”). To the extent the Nykaa.com’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Gamezone only. For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, “You” and “Your” shall mean any natural person who is participant in the Gamezone.

5. You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of copy of PAN Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Aadhar Card / Indian Passport;
6. Age must be 18 years or above;
7. Must have a valid registered account on Nykaa and log into the same;

1. The Gamezone will be available from 11th November 7am  Hours (IST) to 18th November Noon Hours (IST) only (“Gamezone Period”).
2. Sign in to your Nykaa.com account.
3. Once signed in, Enter the Gamezone page by clicking on the banner/ widget which appears on the homepage of the Nykaa; 
4. need to participate in the quiz and correctly answer the quiz. ThAt the end of the quiz, amongst the users who have correctly answered the quiz, we will pick winners by lucky draw.
5. Total of 1000 Users which will be chosen by random draw of lots and the prizes/ benefits assigned to such winning tickets will be displayed on the Gamezone page The lucky Winners will get a Coupon Code worth Rs.500.
6. If you win, you will be required to prove your age and other eligibility criteria, failing which you will be disqualified from the Gamezone and will not be eligible to win coupons.
7. The winners will be required to have their mobile numbers verified with Nykaa.com so as to claim the prize.
8. Only complete entries will be considered.
9. Winners from the lucky draw will earn one coupon per person . 
10. Coupons are valid for the duration mentioned therein.
11. If won, your Coupons will be sent your registered email Id and you can redeem it within the specified redemption period.
12. The names of all the winners shall be published via a link titled 'Winners' on the gamezone page.

1. OTHER CONTESTS: Please note that we may be running under similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Gamezone. By entering this Gamezone, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/or prize awarded in any other promotion/contest unless you enter each promotion/contest separately.
2. PRIZES:

The procedure of redemption of Coupons will be as instructed by Nykaa, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide requisite details. Each Coupon will be awarded “As Is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

This Gamezone ("Gamezone") is run and the prizes/ benefits are sponsored by the respective sellers ("Seller/s") on www.nykaa.com or Nykaa Mobile App (collectively "Nykaa").

By participating in the Game Zone, user ("You", "Your" ") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&C");

1. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on Nykaa; and
2. Coupons must be redeemed within 24 hours from receving.
3. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates shall not be responsible in any manner.

1. This Gamezone is valid only in India.
2. The Gamezone is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this Gamezone.
4. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received and cannot be determined in advance. 
5. Coupons shall not be settled with cash or gift cards in lieu and are not transferable.
6. Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of the Gamezone, at any time without any prior written notice.
7. Users are not bound in any way to participate in this Gamezone. Any participation is voluntary and the Gamezone is being made purely on a best effort basis.
8. Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. may at its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Gamezone or any Nykaa or its affiliate’s property including Nykaa.com; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harasss any other person. If your entry is incomplete, or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Gamezone at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with the T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. 
9. Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to determine the winners and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. The decision of Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. in this regard shall be final.
10. The Gamezone shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Gamezone may be completely or partially withdrawn at the discretion of Nykaa.
11. Nykaa shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Gamezone.
12. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Nykaa harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Nykaa as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws by You; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
13. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at  Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
14. This Gamezone is not applicable for the Users or customers from the State of Tamil Nadu.
15. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
