Not too viscous, more watery consistency. Protects the nail paint and gives a nice glossy finish. The applicator brush is wide and good.

The consistency is watery which I love as its easy to apply and it dries up pretty quickly. A great top amd base coat Il would say. I have always been a DeBelle nail polish fan❤️
