Step 1 - To view available slots with your preferred Dermat, please click on Book Slot

Step 2 - Please fill the required details (Name, Email, Phone No.)

Step 3 - Track your appointment confirmation on your email ID.

Step 4 - Access the link via email on the day of your appointment

  • 1. Free Consultation slots are available on first come first serve basis only.
  • 2. If you are unable to find an available slot, be on the lookout for the next round of slots or write to onlinedermatconsultation@nykaa.com
  • 3. You are allowed to book only one slot per user. If multiple slots are booked, all your slots may be cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

  • 1. By booking the slot, you are consenting to the usage of your name, email ID and phone number by Nykaa for the purposes of scheduling the consultation.
  • 2. You may be contacted via WhatsApp/SMS in relation to the consultation by Nykaa’s customer support team.
  • 3. You may be contacted by Nykaa’s customer service representative to confirm your availability in reference to your booking.
  • 4. The free consultation with the Dermatologist will be held in a confidential setup. Please note that Nykaa will neither collect nor maintain/store any medical information in reference to the consultation.
  • 5. Nykaa will have no responsibility and/or will not participate in any manner in the medical discussions during the consultation. Nykaa's participation is limited to enabling the consultation between you and the Dermatologist.
  • 6. Nykaa and/or its representatives will not be responsible for the consultation provided by the Dermatologist and the results therein post consultation.
