The way the bristles are set in the handle makes it so that they lie completely flat. I can't do circular motions because of this but it's a decent brush for the crease or the lid.

I thought it was a round brush but it is a flat blending brush. Good for eyeshadow i guess... Anyways, it's super soft and very flexible and i love it. Highly recommend it.
