Although it is an eye liner but it works wonders for both eyes and lips as it does not smudge at all and stays on all day 5/5 buy it.

So i tried to apply it on my eyes but it was very dry and really tough to apply it, I love elf products a lot but this just wasn't it

Even if I apply 5 coats, still nothing is on the skin.

Eyes were burning on application, waste product for sensitive eyes. Eyes were red and watering profusely
