I have used it before, but since i dont stay in india i only can buy once i come back. The best part about this cleasing balm is it melts itself nd your makeup and it is not at all sticky you can wash it with water and you wont have to use cotton pads or wipes which makes it cost efficient. Luckily got buy 2 get 1 and now i am stocked up. Loved the packaging it comes in reusable container, which wven my mum loved. Have alwaya loved Earth Rythmand their products. My skin is very sensitive but their products have suited me always
