The description says medium impact but the bra is not even worth to wear as a support bra. It doesnt do any job a sports bra should do which is hold the breasts against the chest wall to prevent bouncing. This is not even worth to wear even if you get it for free. For an expensive bra which is a crap like this i would never buy anything from enamour. One star so that it would allow me to write this review!
