Colour is good Pigment is good But staying power is not that great

I am addicted to Estee Lauder Double Wear Infinite Water Proof Eyeliner- black. It is genuinely waterproof, long lasting and doesn't smudge.

Does not budge does not stain 24hrs stay. An excellent product!

I am horrified at the quality of the eyeliner! Seems fake! I have been using this product for 12 years and have never faced this problem! It spreads all over the eyes!!
