The Worst liner I used so far, its not waterproof and not smudge proof, not very pigmented, just looks like a normal black sketch pen, Sugar eyeliners are much better than this.

Not waterproof, not smudge proof, over hyped and over priced. If your eyelids are oily then it wont even stay for an hour. Better to buy any other liner than this one.
