The wand is lil big for lower lash mascara application but works fine. It dint powdery dry crack after sometime. Not sure if this is waterproof but affordable one.

This gives very natural look on my eyelashes and it is really waterproof. Have to use oil cleanser or heroine mascara remover to remove it from my lashes.
