Having had back pain for the last 3 months, I got my tests done, so I found out I have a severe deficiency of vitamin D3, so my doctor suggested Itake vitamin supplements, and he suggested this brand, so I bought it, but I have a severe deficiency below 15 mg/nl, so he suggested I take at least 2000 IU of power vitamin, but I haven't found that on Nykaa, so I have ordered this 600 IU. So what happened is I am taking 3 tablets daily for now as prescribed by my doctor, and guess what? Within the first 3 days, I feel so much relief in my back pain.
