Do not buy this if its not recommended from a doc. Cuz it can try to slow down your heartbeat the effects don’t wear off the next day and it can ruin your whole day cause you might have trouble breathing. It happened to me and I was scared. The effects are strong but they last extremely long. So you might feel sleepy the next day and lay awake at night after you take it.
