I have been taking this product since the last week of jan and i can definitely see the difference on my skin. The glow is for real and many people started complimenting my skin after i started taking these. I have a moderately fair skin n now i feel like i have glass skin after taking this and also one other himalayan organic product calcium +magnesium+ zinc. I take these tablets with vitamin E -600mg and vitamin C
I take it with fish oil and it works great it controlling my hair fall and gives a nice glow to the skin
