It's good product to use and sculpt your face. It literally makes your face muscle relaxed. I work while night sitting infront of laptop and this tool helps me alot to have relaxed and sound sleep. But I have a question does gua stone has natural scratches on it like upper layer of gua sha is pulled off. First order I made I received damaged but this time it's little better with better packaging.

Not even a month of using, the Gua sha broke. The quality/sturdiness of the stone is very poor. I even wonder if the stone is original as I could see cracks in it.
