This is a peach highlighter with strong gold glitter flecked throughout. While the colour would work with all skin tones, the base pigment isn't very strong and the peach-gold glitter is what really shows up. You could use it as a highlighter if you're okay with obvious glitter on your face, but ordinarily, it's more appropriate as an eyeshadow or an eye glitter topper.
